Twice in 4 days – eating out again, this time at Rama Spice near Wigan. I’ve enjoyed many good meals here over the years, and today’s meal was very good as usual.

It seemed rude not to take advantage of the last day of the ‘eat out to help out’ scheme, so we pushed the boat out a little.

You will probably already be familiar with most of the dishes pictured except for the Massala Mago (a manchurian style starter with deep fried cassava), and Murgh Begum Bahar (a creamy, nutty, and slightly sweet curry with an omelette on top).

If you’re in the Atherton area near Leigh, Lancs, please do visit Rama Spice: I recommend it. Thanks to Bhavesh, Chaat, and the staff for a warm welcome and good service.
